I am an HR Consultant with a background in social work providing human resources services for small to mid-sized businesses. I specialize in employment law, diversity and inclusion and employee relations management. Many HR companies follow the basic HR principles and are unsure how to tailor their services and management in a manner that promotes inclusivity.
